| Important Site Notice |
Dear Authors and Readers,
The year is winding down, and with it comes the realization that I've been running this site for over three years. The fanfiction section went up at the end of 2006, and what a time it's been! We currently have 49 authors and over 1000 members, and over 300 stories currently archived. In the last three years, we've had over 50k hits to the fanfiction section alone!
Since the site's inception, I've been running the entire thing out-of-pocket, including hosting and the domain name, both of which are up for renewal. The problem is that I don't have the money to do it this time. I've been out of work for over a year, and paying for the site has nibbled away at my already low finances. I've never asked for donations to run the site, and I'm reluctant to now. The fact of the matter is, if I don't, the site will change drastically. I won't get into details, but it would be a messy move to a free site, we'd run the risk of losing comments, users, even stories.
I'm not asking much, just that, if you can, please donate something to keep the site running. The donations will *only* go towards site maintenance, and a little will go a long way. If you love this site--which the statistics tell me that you do--please consider helping me out.

| Kim Manners |
| Sadly, Kim Manners, long-time executive producer and director of "Supernatural", passed away Sunday night after a battle with lung cancer. Our thoughts and prayers go out to his family at this time. He will be greatly missed. |

| Change To Reviews |
We've lately been hit with a lot of spam in the story reviews. After some consideration, the reviews are being changed, and anonymous commenting is going to be turned off. I realise that some of you visitors may not want to register, or have to log in, but right now, this is the only preventative measure we can take.
Just remember, registration is fast and it's free. If you have any problems signing up, don't hesitate to e-mail me and I'll help you out. |
